Meet Michael D. Sock

Dr. Sock is a leading oral and maxillofacial surgeon in the Philadelphia, Bucks County and Montgomery County Region. Dr. Sock is dual degreed, having obtained both his dental and medical degree, he is committed to providing the best care to each of his patients.

In addition to his extensive experience, Dr. Michael Sock is dual degreed: first obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry, followed by obtaining his Doctor of Medicine at University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine (which is consistently ranked in the top three medical schools in the country). He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Sock is also among a small group of Oral Surgeons to be recognized by his General Surgery colleagues with acceptance as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Because of Dr. Sock’s dedication to continued learning and achievement he provides his patients with comprehensive care.

To provide the highest level of safety and care to his patients, Dr. Sock has also extensively trained in both office-based anesthesia and general anesthesia procedures. Dr. Sock is experienced in many oral surgical procedures, with special interest in the areas of wisdom teeth, extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, facial trauma, and pediatric oral surgery.

The Oral Surgery Group has four offices conveniently located in Doylestown, NE Philadelphia, Langhorne, and Meadowbrook, to meet the needs of our patients.

Dr. Sock sees patients primarily out of our Doylestown and Langhorne locations. Dr. Sock has established a reputation for excellence within the oral and maxillofacial surgery community, and with his patients and peers.
